The YES/NO exercise is powerful for establishing healthy boundaries, overcoming burnout, and maximising time.


Whenever we say YES to something, we also say NO to something else, and vice versa.


To use the tool, ask yourself two questions and write down your answers.


The answers to the following questions can help you make better decisions and prioritise your needs confidently and clearly.



1. When you say YES to something, what are you saying NO to?

2. When you say NO to something, what are you saying YES to?



Remember that you have the power to take control of your life and make positive choices and decisions that are authentic, empowering, and aligned with your true self.
